Chemical alkali waste gas processing dust removal equipment desulfurization tower design process: spray scrubber with sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution (or) sulfuric acid solution as absorption liquid to purify acidic or alkaline gas, acidic or alkaline gas by centrifugal fan inhaled into the wind after a period of upward mobility, and the nozzle and liquid by spray down on. From the second level ejecta neutralization liquid and rising acid (or alkaline) gas gas-liquid contact, absorption neutralization liquid wet to the second level of the packing layer, so that the acid (or alkaline) gas from down to get gas-liquid contact absorption neutralization. The neutralizing liquid is then poured down the first packing layer.

The gas-liquid contact absorption and neutralization is again achieved, and the wet amount of the packing in the first stage is increased, thus increasing the gas-liquid ratio of the packing layer, precisely because the acidic (or alkaline) gas rises from the bottom up. Therefore, the concentration of acid (or alkaline) gas passing through the first packing layer is highest. This allows a high concentration of acid (or alkaline) gas to zigzag through the packing Spaces. When rising, contact with down-flowing neutralizing liquid to absorb neutralizing, acidic (or alkaline) gas through the packing layer after the concentration drops sharply, and then through a row of neutralizing liquid spray, acidic (or alkaline) gas and absorption liquid after neutralization, the concentration drops again. It then absorbs and neutralizes the acidic (or alkaline) gas concentration to the desired effect by contact with a packing layer and a line of neutralizing fluid spray. Finally through the fog-proof layer through the cap and discharged into the atmosphere.
